Research/works by Clay Hickson (2010–12).  File under: MEMPHIS REBIRTH.  Hickson’s work initially emulated the Memphis Group which he clearly researched at a deep level.  It’s clear now though—having mastered the vernacular—that he’s taking Memphis down roads that didn’t exist in the 1980s.  One to watch, for sure. (↬unicodecharacters)
