Kolobokz (2001) by Jon Satrom. An early work for Satrom, it “was made from video files found in public computer labs. Taken from the trashes, desktops, and caches, the found-footage was composed, composited, and manipulated into a colorful zetetic stroll through discarded data.”
The work gets more immersive as it progresses—particularly when it locks into those bar-based gradients (which will forever remind me of the Atari VCS/2600) and then proceeds to deconstruct them.
